Reflection

A friend's love is described as "loving at all times" — a love that continues unbroken, not only in good seasons. Beside it stands the saying that a brother is born for a time of adversity.

True relationship shows itself less in calm than in crisis. Many gather when circumstances are good, but few remain when things collapse. That rare place is the essence of friendship and kinship.

Consider today whether you could be in that place for someone's time of need. Before being a friend who receives, you can become an unbroken presence beside another.
